I’m going to start the Group Power class again…tomorrow am @ 5:30, yuk.  I haven’t done it for about a year & a half. I took it last week once to check it out, and was actually sore afterwards. It’s a good thing! It’s a no-brainer that works everything, and that’s what I need! At least until I find someone to work out with. We’ll see how this goes…
