WTF!?
Thursday, April 16th, 2009I’m still not entirely sure why I’m writing this but this weekend my girlfriend of 2 years broke up with me… something about missing her freedom which i guess I understand since she has just started university.
After the news I couldn’t think straight, my emotions were all over the place so I decided to hit the gym to work everything outta my system. Every rep of every set of every exercise seemed to help… I was in a complete rage and somehow I forced myself to punish my chest and triceps more than ever before!
Training helps me deal with my stress in a way nothing else can and I guess I’ll have more time on my hands now to focus on my competition. Also, I’m young and I’m not going to let anything get me down anymore! I have my whole life ahead of me and I’m planning on enjoying it
anyway sorry about the downer guys, hope you all are training hard and reaching your individual goals
now I still need to remember to bring my camera in to work next time to load my pics… lol
