Day 3 on my “pre contest highway”
I woke up this morning feeling more motivated than ever! I feel a little stiffness in my lower back from my deadlifts yesterday but other than that I’m more than ready for shoulders 2day!
The remainder of this week however is just to start getting my body primed for the intense training it’s about to go through. Next week I start my program, wish me luck? and again I welcome anyone who has any tips or advice for me, it would really be appreciated
