Okay Lets see how I have been doing:
12/20 Sunday: 2 broomball games = a ton of cardio, I didn’t plan on lifting because of the games, diet not so good…I started off well and had oatmeal and eggs in the morning, then I succumbed to the pressures of the season later in the day and had some xmas cookies…come on will power!
12/21 Monday: back and legs today, felt pretty good. Unfortunatly I sprained my MCL about a month ago and I cannot lift too heavy with my legs…but its healing and feeling stronger everyday.
bulgarian split squats -4 sets of 10 with 10lbs dumbbells
barbell rows -1 set of 15 @ 45lbs; 3 sets of 8 @ 65lbs
pullups - negatives - 3 sets of 3
chinups - negatives - 3 sets of 3
squats - 3 sets of 20 @ 45lbs
For cardio I walked on the treadmill varying incline and speed for 35 min
12/22 Tuesday, Today I didn’t have time to lift but I did get 45 min cardio in on my recumbent bike. Diet … not the best…

I was just thinking about all the things that I did in this past year and one of my biggest hi lights was competing in a bodybuilding comp this summer. Although I didn’t post or do much on bodyspace, I used the site just about everyday for motivation! I would like to make a habit of blogging/journaling this coming year to document my progress as I train for another competition. Unfortunatly I didn’t do that this year and I find myself wanting to look back at what I did.

I had a busy weekend, I worked but it was enjoyable as usual. I got to go climbing so that was nice too. I missed my kickboxing workout this morning because I slept in…oops but I did get in a good legs workout…and there is still time left in the day….we will see…I have been eating really well, I only had two cokes this past week…which is amazing for me!!! I am going for none this week, and today has been a good start.

..since I have written in here….I love working out and being active so that is never an issue..I have been doing kickboxing 2-3 days a week and soccer 2 days a week, so I am kept busy…I also have started to do some climbing which I love!! I have been doing that about once a week….I have entered into the CL Girl Power Transformation contest so I really need to concentrate on eating well, which is my issue. So I have been oing okay for the last couple days…haha….which is good for me…

I think I wasn’t feeling so hot during morning workouts is because of some new meds that I am on…I think I just have to get used to it…I felt a lot better today but not 100%….My workout was good though… I need to dfinately get some more lifting in this week..I was definately slacking this wee
It was a beautiful weekend! Unfortunately i had to work most of the weekend .. but we spent all of it outside and got some stuff done…

Well yesterday morning I really felt like poop! I had no energy…I coudn’t finish my kickboxing session and I just felt like laying down and blaaaaaaaahhhhh….I felt better later in the day….but i don’t wanna feel like that again

I had a really good kickboxing session yesterday….it kicked my butt..I love that feeling!! Didn’t have time to lift though so I did some pushups, squats, n situps when i had some time…might have to do the same today
I just got introduced to quinoa flakes….its awesome with a ton of cinnamon!! Otherwise I usually some high sugar cereal….i am trying to cut myself of that habit…
My coworker and i decided to run some 5ks….or more… this summer so we are gonna job a couple times a week…its always nice to run with someone!

I had a great workout yesterday at the y…while I was at work…that is always a plus. I was a little sluggish the rest of the week with lifting…I did get my kickboxing in. No excuses either…I was busy but there is always time…
My eating was ok for the most part for the week…I only had two cokes all week…which is an accomplishment for me!! That is down from having at least one a day…
This week my goal is to get some more lifting in…I will be busy with coaching but I should be able to do it in the mornings…I just have to move my butt.
I can’t wait for summer!! it was so nice today!

Wow, I feel like there is so much going on right now! Not quite overwhelmed but almost….anyways I didn’t have time to get in a workout at all today….things don’t always go as planned. I did kickboxing yesterday and abs so thats a plus. Tomorrow my day looks a little less ..stressed. I can’t even post my diet because it is absolutely pathetic and I know it and I can only blame my self. The good thing is I don’t overeat, but what I eat isn’t the best. Busy weeks lie ahead
