I felt good today in the gym…I worked chest and shoulders and really pushed myself. I was hurting but I was glad I got up and made it happen.

I’ve lost an 1" off my waist so far and it’s been about a month and a half. I started doing 20 minutes of cardio 4-5 days per week for the last week and a half and it’s really made a difference. I need to start weight training but I’m more concerned w/ buring this fat of first.

I’m tired from staying out late last nght. Oh well, I’m off to the gym anyway. Afterall, self-discipline is doing what you should be doing when you don’t feel like doing it…
