					<description>LOL, I'm responding a month late to this ... I think you're right, Melanie. I have not gotten to the place you have yet, but I'm working on it. I think it's a little easier to do this when you're single, though. No one is pusing food into your face, or makes faces when you're fixing &amp;amp;#34;muscle meals!&amp;amp;#34; lol ;)
You are an inspiration, and I'm trying to get to that &amp;amp;#34;spot&amp;amp;#34; where my diet is spot on, all the time ... I'm there with the workouts so that is half the battle :)</description>

					<description>That is true. I was thinking more along the lines of those with major weight to lose but those with a little weight could easily lose it much faster. It takes a little longer to build muscle, especially on women, but that too is accomplished in a respectable time frame. Thanks for your reply.</description>

If someone started right now and was for example following the 12-week Body for Life program they would start seeing positive changes in their body within the next 3 to 4 weeks. When they complete the 12 weeks they would be amazed at their body and the transformation they went through. It doesn’t have to take a year if you follow a great program and are prepared to do what needs to be done.</description>

					<description>Nahhh cmon, log'em.  It will hurt now, but feel a whole lot better in the future.  We all haven't been there, but I have and it's all in the plan dear.  You're worth a whole lot more than just the pain of being injured.  There's something to be learned here, and when you do you'll be back in business before you know it!</description>
