I’m impressed with myself lol
4 months ago I could barely walk. I have been practicing running by gradually increasing my running interspersed with power walking over a 2 1/2 mile area since I have lost weight. I have been doing the same thing on the treadmill when it’s raining outside but haven’t been able to run very far at a time without reverting to walking because of getting out of breath, maybe 1/4 mile at most at a time. Today, while I was waiting for the yogalaties class to start at the gym, I ran on the treadmill and I was able to run a mile straight and I could have run longer! Wow, it’s encouraging to see such results. Next milestone will be 2 miles straight

Awesome! I know exactly how you feel. I have never been able to run any distance and am working on it much the same way you are. Keep up the amazing progress!
