					<description>Oh Im stayin with it. My buddy who is a PT (not my PT) keeps tellin me to chill, dont do cardio on a workout day and limit my cardio. He's tellin me if I wanna work out 4 days a week I should split my leg routine in two. With winter coming the bulk time for me is now, perfect timing for me to jump onto freeweights. Chest workout was 2 days ago and I can still feel it. I used to work out 5 days a week but I think this 3 day week is workin good for me. Damn, I wanna go work out again.</description>
