Phase II begins…

Wow, what a workout I had tonight. After 10 weeks of conditioning I made the move to phase II of my build (sounds like im building another 4×4). Today I started on free weights. Did a Back/Shoulder routine that kicked my ass. Im sure I’ll have that good sore tomorrow. With every workout Im getting more caught up in it. Im lovin it. I feel great after a few hours of good self abuse :) This is awesome !!! I’m sure I’ll see some extreme changes in myself over the winter. Lookin forward to it. I feel like I have more drive working out on my own than I did with a workout partner. To me, my iPod loaded with all my favourite metal tunes makes it all that much better. No one bugs me while Im workin out. Well they do talk to me but I cant hear them, so I just smile and wave, and get back to what I was doin. Thx for readin’
