Not enough is too much…
If you dont understand what I mean, I’ll fill you in.I noticed it the other day and I noticed it again tonight. Tonight was leg night. Everything went well, i got a good pump and I know I worked hard. But I could have worked harder, alot harder. During my squats and leg presses I could feel that I needed more weight. I can do more. Lots more. But it feels like my muscles cant take it yet. I know what Im feeling. More weight would mean pulled muscles. I have the strength to push more and thats whats pissin me off. Same thing with my deadlifts. I could easily pack on another 50 or 75 lbs to my deadlifts but I can tell that my muscles wont accept it… yet. Extremely frustrating. Seems like my strength is climbing faster than my muscles can actually handle. I know it’ll all work out, but I want it and I want it NOW! I know getting greedy with the plates isnt the way to go about it. I’ll just have to give things a few more workouts. I’ll wait till it all catches up. Just thought I’d let you know how much it pisses me off!
