Im likin’ it.
OK, this seems to be workin good. Made the switch to freeweights recently and it feels good. Hard to explain but it’s much better pump compared to workin the machines. Squeezing in dumbells where I can. My form’s good and my balance with the dumbells isnt a problem for me at all. Im doin alot better than I thought I’d be at this time. Havent takin my weight or anything else since the last time i posted it on the graph. Update comin up soon. Stay tuned

good move, bro - free weights recruit more muscle fibres than machines including the core and stabilisers not required when machine lifting - stay with it and gro…
barbell squats, presses, rows - nothing like it.

Oh Im stayin with it. My buddy who is a PT (not my PT) keeps tellin me to chill, dont do cardio on a workout day and limit my cardio. He’s tellin me if I wanna work out 4 days a week I should split my leg routine in two. With winter coming the bulk time for me is now, perfect timing for me to jump onto freeweights. Chest workout was 2 days ago and I can still feel it. I used to work out 5 days a week but I think this 3 day week is workin good for me. Damn, I wanna go work out again.
