The day after…

Wow I feel awesome today. I used body parts yesterday I never knew I had. Im sore but it’s the ‘right’ kinda sore. Goin in a few hours to indulge in a good, energy sucking leg workout.  Im so amazed at how my strength has increased since i started conditioning 10 weeks ago. Ive trippled all my weight in most exercises. And thats without cheating. Im paying alot of attention to proper form. Utilizing my timing, really hitting on the contractions, makin sure im not too long in between sets. As I said, my Ipod is a big help. People know I have my tunes cranked so aside from a friendly ‘wave’ they dont expect chit chat out of me till im done. I better get off this damn puter and go get some creatine like I had planned. Haha… I love it. Get outta my way, I got work to do !
