It has been awhile since I posted something. I have been very pleased with how things are coming along.  I have been getting some nice complements at work and at the gym. The best compliments came this weekend at my wife’s family reunion. I had not seen most of the family in about a year. When I arrived, my wife’s cousin came right up to me and said, "Norm, you are buff!". He wanted to know what I was doing to get buff. I left for a couple of hours and while I was gone, 3 of my wife’s female cousins told her that I was hot and they were impressed with how I looked. Now, I don’t say this to be egotistical.  I was always kind of a nerd/geek in high school.  My wife is the only girlfriend I have had. What I am getting to is that bodybuilding has boosted my confidence and has pulled me out of the mild depression I was going through. The confidence flows over to my intimate life with my spouse, my ability to keep up with the kids, and even at work I have more confidence giving presentations and communicating with co-workers.
