Some extra cable work and a 2 week switch to dumbells on chest day has brought my pecs to the same size (at least to the untrained eye, lil bit left) Just ended first cycle of new split. Doing chest/shoulders, back/legs, arms/forearms. I do c/s day 1, day 2 a/f, day 3 rest, then day 4 b/l and repeat. Doing sprints twice a week to keep fat down while on my high calorie diet. Been pretty happy with diet for the most part, specially considering schedule. Only frustration is my weight. I have seen strength gains but not weight gains. I guess i need to add more calories because my protein intake is a solid 200.

My left upper pec has been visually smaller but did not seem to be significantly weaker. On off days I attacked it and in just 2 weeks i fixed it and it showed on chest day today. The bar fell and rose straight and on center line without thinking about it much. The pump i felt was even on both left and right for once. SUCCESS!! However my left rear delt was definatly failing me. I guess with the new proper form a new weakness was found. Very well…extra work on "off days"

Today me and my workout partners tried something from arnolds book. Its a 20 rep warmup then 10-6-4-1-3-3-10 for incline and doing the same for flat. This was followed up by some flys and cable work. Totally spent and had a great pump. At first i thought it would be too many sets but it worked out well. I am prolly going to do it every other week.

Welp i fail i guess because i lost around 6 or 7 lbs in the field. Not horrible as i lifted last night and only went down 10 lbs on bench if that is any gauge. Bought SizeON and started my halodrol. I think im going to switch to plasmajet from nanovaper just to mix it up. That is all…

Well I am off to the 29 palms, aka 29 stumps, training op. 3 weeks of eating horrible MREs and the only workouts will be flak runs and hanging out in the desert as ill be sleepin under the stars. Hopefully there is some heavy rocks or something I can play with to keep the nasty away. I bought Elite 12 hour packets to bring but of the 20 that were shipped 2 popped so i have 18 for 21 days. They should hold most of my muscle for me, god willing. My goals are to hit it hard right when i get back with the NaOvaper i have and some haladrol 50 my friend didnt want. I am at a stable 194 and cant wait to push it into the 200s before ima have to get my abs showin again for the beach! Wish me luck…

Well i am here in Okinowa inbetween training events and am tryin to hit the gym hard. Sad because i only have like 3 weeks then i go to Fuji then 2 week off then almost 2 months in Thailand…Have to make the most of the time!

Well I’m pretty new to the fitness scene, but have loved every second I have been in it. I have enjoyed it so much that I have made it my major (Athletic training) and hope too soon be a certified personal trainer. Doing no lifting in high school I am far behind the curve as far as what weight I put up but I feel great and hope to have the body of a fitness model soon enough!
