Im eating even better then i was before, ive incorporated at least 2 hours of cardio a week (low intesnity)
and im still making gains on my weights. this coming up monday i plan to meet my goal bench press 235lbs…i know its little but i started at 155….soon by mid summer i plan to be bench pressing my body weight for the first time in my life im so pumped! and if i continue to loose my body fat i will reach that goal even sooner. yeah.

yesterday i wanted to make it a cardio day, and i did, but before i went to the gym my girlfriend wanted to walk to the library and its like a 2.5 mile walk one way. so about 5 all together.
well later when we got back home and ate we both went to the gym , cuz i still had lots of energy for some reason and wasnt tired. so i went to the gym and ran/jogged 2 miles. and then went on theĀ sit down bike for 20 more minutes. But i feel fine, i just hope my body didntĀ go catabolic on me.

Im new at bodybuilding and i will take and use any advice givin.
The supplements im currently using is
CytoGainer
NO XPLODE
CELLMASS
PURE Protein Bars
ISOPURE Protein (for my last meal)
I intake 250grams of protein a day and eat 6-7 meals a day.
I use a split routine of 3 days on/1day off then 2days on 1day off
Mon: Chest
Tues:Arms
Wed:Back
Fri:Shoulders
-repeat
I run the mile before everyworkout
and im recently starting to incorporate Abs after everyworkout
and yes i know i have no leg routine for now, i had one a couple of months ago but at the time i couldnt do any cardio and this is the time i want to use to catch up on cardio and work on some spots im laggin in.
Any advice?….
