All in all, it was excellent!! Loads of free stuff, huge guys and girls, and some of the comps were just cool to watch ( if you could get close enough to watch them). Tons of celebritys such as Arnold himself, Maria Shriver, Lou Ferrigno, Dennis Wolfe and lets not forget the American Gladiators… Nitro, Wolf and Siren. Oh and there also was that guy who had that documentry on him cause his arms exploded from roids! And yep, I even got to meet Ms Fitness her self at the Gaspari Booth.
Only downside…..There was SO MANY people there you could hardly move.

Well I woke up this morning tired as hell. The kids had a snow day today, and even with them running around like mad men I still couldnt get myself fully awake. I was so tired I said to myself, "Man, I might just have to skip the workout today." But instead I forced myself to get up and start doing stuff. So I took my supps and waited my 45 minutes, put on the headphones then hit the workout. And I’ll be damned, I had to most intense workout I have had in two weeks! Surprising what a little music will do huh!

Ok. Many of you out there are home gymmers like me. And like me we dont have the equiptment that we would like to have. So we have to improvise, and here are a few things that I do so I dont have to spend that money at the gyms. Lets look at the first pic below…..

Now if you notice, my bench is not designed for leg curls. So what do I do….you guessed it. Grab a couple of heavy dumbbells, brace my legs inbetween the pads and lift my body weight along with the dumbbells. Works great!
What do I do for weighted dips you ask? Well if you notice those guide bars on the treadmill. Oh yeah, they work great for those. Now lets look at another pic….

What is this contraption you say? Well this is my cable row/ rope pressdown machine. lol. Actually it is bar with a nylon dog leash strapped to a set of weights. And yes, it is wrapped over my pull up bar. Works great for quite a few exercises.
And I am sure some of you have noticed that I have no place to put a straight bar on my bench either. Thats ok, I prefer dumbells anyway.
Well there ya go, hope some of these ideas help some of you home gymmers out there.

In Ninjabills most recent post he mentioned about how cool it would be if the circle bash ended up in a magazine. And I totally agree. Then BryanG replied that BB.Com should sponser the event. And I totally agree on this too. Not only because it would give them good advertisement in the magazines but this is the kind of thing that might influence many people out there to start their own " Bash’s" and give them something to work for. Because alot of people are’nt looking to turn Pro, but events like these are something that might motivate people to turn up their game a notch! And ya never know, " Bash’s" like these could start springing up all over the country. And if BB.Com and other Magazines sponsered them, it could be some good coverage for years to come.
Oh… another idea. Celebrity Guests!!! lol

Ok, this has nothing to do with body building but I thought you all should know that you almost lost your freindly neighborhood Nomadek today. I leave my house to go to work today and would’nt you know it, it is snowing like a b*tch outside. When I get on the freeway it gets really bad, whiteout bad. So I slow down to like 50 mph, a few minutes later I take a look in my rearview mirror, and I see this F*cktard truck driver coming up on me so fast I think he is trying to ram me. I cram on the gas and go from 50 to 77 mph in about 3 seconds and he misses my ass by like 1 foot. And this window licker wont slow down for at least another mile. Good thing he was in a Semi, or I might have been getting a new car

I have recently bought some products from Cellucor. M5 and R3 which is two parts of a three part stack. P7 is that last part which I have not bought yet. Before I go any further I will warn you that these products are VERY expensive. I bought the products from a local GNC which is exclusivly owned. The owner of the GNC can only sell these products because his wife is an IFBB Pro and has her pro card. Now after investigating and going from what this owner says. the stack is just shy of being as powerful as roids. ( This may be BS, I am not sure) without the side effects. Now chances are you wont find them at any stores, but you can get them on line.
Now….This is what I have seen from only 3 days of taking these products.
Those last few reps that I have trouble getting up….are NO Problem now!! And not only are they NO Problem….But they are No Problem at an increased weight!!!
This is not an endorsement…( How can it be, I have ony been taking them for 3 days )
I just wanted to share what I have seen so far.

As you know my computer crashed about a month ago, and I was’nt able to get a new one till a few days ago. Now I am so out of the loop on whats been going on here, I feel like I am a newbie here again. Wished I had the time to go back and read all the blogs I missed, but that would be impossible due to time restrictions. So I will try to at least comment on all your new blogs if I can. Hell I dont even know if the ( Circle Bash ) is still a go! But in case you are wondering, just because I have’nt been able to come here, does’nt mean I have missed any workouts! Nope, not even one! In fact I have changed my routine and SUPER increased the intensity!!! So give me a bit of time and I will be sure to catch up with you guys and gals!

Well everyone, sorry I have been gone for so long but remember in my one post how I said my computer was on the fritz. Well it had finally crashed. And I was’nt able to get a new one untill today. But I guess thats what I get for not keeping up with security. I will be on later tonight to catch up on all my commenting when I have more time. I am glad to be back though!!!

Computers suck!! Mine is so badly on the fritz, that if i dont get a new one soon, I am going to put my fist through my monitor!!!! But on a good note, I bought some Energized Xpand NO from Dymatize a few days back. And so far this is the first product I have taken that has done exactly what it said it would do from the first serving! I am pleased and suprised!

There are alot of CW’s on this site, and well…….I guess I am no different. And I had a good one tonight. I had this co-worker come up to me tonight, stop in front of me, looked me up and down, and said. " Damn Dude, your getting really big!" Needless to say that my crappy day at work went much better after that.
