			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok, I have to tell ya this funny story. This happened at work last night. One of our Supervisors who we shall call ( J ), had a bas case of gas last night. He was going around to all the machines leaving everyone a breath of fresh air, so to speak. Next thing ya know, he dissappeared. I mean I did&#8217;nt see him for an hour or so. So I go to our lead supervisor and ask him, &quot; Have you seen J, I have&#8217;nt seen him for a long time?&quot; Well the lead says with a strange grin..&quot; Uh, he had to go&#8230;&#8230;to the store.&quot; So I say jokingly..&quot; The store? What did he do, Sh1t his pants?&quot; The lead bursts out in laughter and says, &quot; He sure did.&quot; &quot; Are you kidding?&quot; I say. He replys &quot; Nope, he called me from the bathroom and told me, While he was cleaning out his underwear, That he would have to go to the store and buy a new pair.&quot;</p>
<p>Well needless to say, he did not come back to work last night. LMAO!!!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well I know I have&#8217;nt checked in the last couple weeks, but is has been kind of a weird two weeks. The weekend before last I was hit with a bout of exhaustion ( Possibly over training?) but it was so bad I had to go home from work early, on Thursday and Friday, just to get some sleep. Which is some thing I never do! I dont think it was over training, but the fact that i only get 4 to 6 hours of sleep a night finally caught up with me. I missed my workout on that Friday due to sleeping dammit, but that was the only one, so I guess it&#8217;s not too bad.</p>
<p>I have to admit that this weekend was a bit of a cheat weekend though. We have this little thing called the Maple Festival in the town I live in. So needless to say I had me some festival food. Italian Sausage with green peppers and onions, 4 slices of pizza and some ice cream. Dont worry though, I am back on track today.</p>
<p>I did have kind of a funny CW moment though this past Friday. Me, being one of the 3 supervisors on our shift, went to set down in the office to go over some paperwork. One of our line leaders ( A black woman in her 40&#8217;s ) comes in and sets down on the desk in front of me and says. &quot; Keith, I am just setting here looking at you and wondering, Do you love your wife?&quot; So I reply &quot; Of course I do!&quot; So she then asks &quot; I was also wondering if you were ever against sleeping with a black woman?&quot; So I reply &quot; Hell No! I think cootchie is like christmas presents. If its good, it dont matter what color the wrapping is!&quot; She laughs and says &quot; Well if you decide that you dont love your wife anymore, you make sure I am the first one you call!!&quot; LOL.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You dirty minded people aught to be ashamed of yourselves, thats not what I am talking about!! Lifting Straps is what I am talking about. I need some, or those gloves with the hooks in them. Cause yesterday i decided to up the weight on my Deadlifts from 250 lbs to 300 lbs for my regular workout, and halfway through my third set, my fingers almost gave out on me! Well, my thumbs really.</p>
<p>A few years back I got third degree burns on my hands and arms from being electrocuted, and since then I have lost some serious grip in my thumbs. It irritates the crap out of me!! So it looks like I will be going to Dicks Sporting Goods this weekend to buy some. Oh, and whats even more irrritating, They had Straps and Hooked Gloves for sale at the Arnold for like 10 bucks! And like a dumbass I did&#8217;nt buy any when I was there!!

So the truck driver goes into the front office and says to the ladies, &quot; I have 5 boxes of Manhole covers to be delivered here.&quot; The ladies reply, &quot; Dont you want the sewage company down the street?&quot; &quot; No, This is the place I am sure, come take a look&quot; said the driver. So the ladies follow him to his truck, and he opened up the back, and there was 5 boxes of Feminine Pads. And the truck driver says &quot; Like I said, Manhole Covers&quot; !

<p>6. Get an ad in a magazine while on these suppliments&#8230;(NO)-Xplode, (Ma)ss FX, (D)ren and Creak(ek). And the could call the ad&#8230; The NO.MA.D.EK. xperience!!! lol.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here are a few things I would like to accomplish over the next few years of body building.</p>
<p>1. Have boobs so big that I will no longer have to use my hands to hold my protein shakes.</p>
<p>2. Have glutes so strong, that in case for some ungodly reason I get sent to prison, any form of rear entry will be virtually impossible.</p>
<p>3. Hire a personal assistant to wipe my butt, seeing as how I will no longer be able to reach back there.</p>
<p>4. Purchase a pocket sized fire extinguisher, due to the friction fires that will be created from my massive thighs.</p>
<p>5. Lease a U-Haul truck for extra clothing, cause I will be certainly blowing the backs out of my shirts every time I cough or sneeze.</p>
<p>6. Have sweat glands removed, cause I will no longer be able to apply deodorant due to my arms and lats being so big.</p>
<p>7. Try to get Bell Bottom Pants back in style. Standard pants will not be able to contain my enourmous calves.</p>
<p>8. Increase vascularity to such an extreme that I will cetainly get sponsered by MapQuest!</p>
<p>9. Get forced to buy two seats on a plane, and be proud of it!</p>
<p>10. Learn how to walk sideways better, cause I will have to enter every doorway like that!</p>
<p>These are just a few aspirations, I will post more the bigger I get, or if I can think of any more cool things like these! lol.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I started a new Bi-Weekly workout today and Holy Crap it hits ya hard. I call it the Top 20&#8217;s Countdown.</p>
<p>I started this week with the following&#8230;..</p>
<p>Bench Press, Preacher Curls, Skull Crushers and Crunches.</p>
<p>It goes like this. Start off with Bench Presses</p>
<p>Do 20 Reps, wait 18 seconds, do 18 reps, wait 16 seconds, do 16 reps, wait 14 secs, do 14 reps, wait 12 secs, do 12 reps, wait 10 secs, do 10 reps, wait 8 secs, do 8 reps, wait 6 secs, do 6 reps, wait 4 secs, do 4 reps, wait 2 secs and finish off with 2 reps.</p>
<p>Now follow the same Rep and Seconds for the Preacher Curls, Skull Crushers and Crunches.</p>
<p>The rest of the week will follow the same pattern.</p>
<p>Tuesday is Squats, Leg extensions, Standing Calf Raise and Bent over row.</p>
<p>Wednesday is Overhead Dumbbell Press, Dumbbell Lateral Raise, Alternating Dumbbell Curls, Rope Press Down and Twisting Crunches.</p>
<p>Thursday is Leg Extensions, Deadlift, Cable Row and Standing Calf Raise.</p>
<p>Friday is Incline Dumbbell Press, Lateral Raise, Hammer Curls and Lying Tricep Extensions.</p>
<p>Saturday and Sunday Off.</p>
<p>This Workout is based on Blood Volume Training. And Yes I am sore already! lol.

First my ears started burning and felt like pins and needles, then my face, then the rest of my body!! And I am not sure if it supposed to do that. And I cannot find any info about it online. Dont get me wrong, I had a good workout and no other negative side effects. But I find the skin burning think kinda weird! If ya know anything, let me in on it.
