Manhole Covers…..

A big burly truck driver pull into an office supply warehouse and tells the shipping clerk, " I have 5 boxes of Manhole Covers to be dropped off here." The shipping clerk tells the guy " I think you have the wrong address". " Nope, this is the right address." says the truck driver. So the clerk tells the truck driver " I dont have time to check into this, you will have to ask the ladies in the front office to help you out". So the truck driver goes into the front office and says to the ladies, " I have 5 boxes of Manhole covers to be delivered here." The ladies reply, " Dont you want the sewage company down the street?" " No, This is the place I am sure, come take a look" said the driver. So the ladies follow him to his truck, and he opened up the back, and there was 5 boxes of Feminine Pads. And the truck driver says " Like I said, Manhole Covers" !

Hey all. Just checking in to let ya all know I am not dead or anything. But Good Friday was my birthday and Easter was my oldest son’s birthday, so it has been kinda busy around here. Plus my kids are on spring break, so it has been hard trying to kick them off the computer so I can get my BB.Com time in. lol. So I am sorry if I have not been around to comment or reply, but I will try to as much as I can this week.

Ok, so I have thought of a few more things I would like to do or recieve from body building.

 

1. Install a mirror in front of my toilet. Cause I will look so good while grunting!

2. Go into the local Vitamin Shoppe and have everyone yell " NOM " like they did to Norm in Cheers!

3. Be so damn intimidating, that even Jehova’s Witness’s wont want to knock on my door.

4. Be a body double for overweight Porn Stars…..cause well…lets face it, that would just be cool as hell!

5. When somebody asks me how the hell I got so big, answer them…..On my Bowflex, just 20 minutes a day, 3 days a week! And see if they REALLY believe me!!!lol.

6. Get an ad in a magazine while on these suppliments…(NO)-Xplode, (Ma)ss FX, (D)ren and Creak(ek). And the could call the ad… The NO.MA.D.EK. xperience!!! lol.

A few things I would like to accomplish from Body Building…..

Here are a few things I would like to accomplish over the next few years of body building.

1. Have boobs so big that I will no longer have to use my hands to hold my protein shakes.

2. Have glutes so strong, that in case for some ungodly reason I get sent to prison, any form of rear entry will be virtually impossible.

3. Hire a personal assistant to wipe my butt, seeing as how I will no longer be able to reach back there.

4. Purchase a pocket sized fire extinguisher, due to the friction fires that will be created from my massive thighs.

5. Lease a U-Haul truck for extra clothing, cause I will be certainly blowing the backs out of my shirts every time I cough or sneeze.

6. Have sweat glands removed, cause I will no longer be able to apply deodorant due to my arms and lats being so big.

7. Try to get Bell Bottom Pants back in style. Standard pants will not be able to contain my enourmous calves.

8. Increase vascularity to such an extreme that I will cetainly get sponsered by MapQuest!

9. Get forced to buy two seats on a plane, and be proud of it!

10. Learn how to walk sideways better, cause I will have to enter every doorway like that!

These are just a few aspirations, I will post more the bigger I get, or if I can think of any more cool things like these! lol.

Top 20’s Countdown. ( not a rip-off of Trixter’s and Gemini’s w/o…lol)

I started a new Bi-Weekly workout today and Holy Crap it hits ya hard. I call it the Top 20’s Countdown.

I started this week with the following…..

Bench Press, Preacher Curls, Skull Crushers and Crunches.

It goes like this. Start off with Bench Presses

Do 20 Reps, wait 18 seconds, do 18 reps, wait 16 seconds, do 16 reps, wait 14 secs, do 14 reps, wait 12 secs, do 12 reps, wait 10 secs, do 10 reps, wait 8 secs, do 8 reps, wait 6 secs, do 6 reps, wait 4 secs, do 4 reps, wait 2 secs and finish off with 2 reps.

Now follow the same Rep and Seconds for the Preacher Curls, Skull Crushers and Crunches.

The rest of the week will follow the same pattern.

Tuesday is Squats, Leg extensions, Standing Calf Raise and Bent over row.

Wednesday is Overhead Dumbbell Press, Dumbbell Lateral Raise, Alternating Dumbbell Curls, Rope Press Down and Twisting Crunches.

Thursday is Leg Extensions, Deadlift, Cable Row and Standing Calf Raise.

Friday is Incline Dumbbell Press, Lateral Raise, Hammer Curls and Lying Tricep Extensions.

Saturday and Sunday Off.

This Workout is based on Blood Volume Training. And Yes I am sore already! lol.

Bench Press: 4 sets 15 12 8 8 reps. Incline dumbbell press: 3 Sets 12 8 8 reps.

Pec-Deck Flye 2 Sets 12 12 reps

Preacher Curls: 6 Sets 6 Reps.

Lying Flat Bench Tricep Extensions ( EZ Bar ) 6 Sets 6 Reps.

Crunch: 2 Sets 20 20

Decline twisting crunch: 2 Sets 15 15

Tuesday: Legs, Calves, Back and Abs

Squat: 4 Sets 15 12 10 8 reps

Plie` Squat: 3 Sets 12 10 10 reps

Leg Extension: 3 Sets 15 12 10 reps

Deadlifts: 3 Sets 12 10 10 reps

Standing Calf raise: 3 Sets 15 15 15

Bent over row: 4 Sets 12 10 8 8

Seated Cable Row: 2 sets 8 8

Crunch: 2 Sets 15 15

Hanging Oblique knee raise: 2 Sets 15 15

Wednesday: Shoulders, Traps and Arms

Over head dumbbell press: 3 Sets 15 10 8 reps

Dumbbell lateral raise: 2 sets 10 10 reps

Bent over lateral raise: 2 sets 10 10 reps

Dumbbell Shrug: 3 sets 12 10 8 reps

Lying Flat Bench Dumbbell Curls: 3 sets 6 reps ( super set to )

Alternating Seated Dumbbell Curls 3 Sets 8 reps

Thursday: Legs, Back and Calves

Leg Extension: 3 sets 12 10 10 reps

Lunges: 3 sets 12 10 10 reps

Plie` Squat: 3 sets 12 10 10 reps

Dumbbell Row: 3 sets 12 10 10 reps

Cable Row: 2 sets 10 10 reps

Standing Calf Raise: 3 sets 15 15 15 reps

Donkey Calf Raises: 3 sets 15 15 15 reps

Friday: Chest, Shoulders, Arms and Abs

Incline Dumbbell Press: 3 sets 15 10 8 reps

Bench Press: 3 sets 10 10 10 reps

Pec-Dec Flye: 2 sets 15 15 reps

Overhead Press: 3 sets 15 10 8 reps

Lateral Raise: 2 sets 10 10 reps

Reverse Pec-Dec Flye: 2 sets 10 10 reps

Hammer Curls: 10 sets 4 reps

Lying Tricep Extensions: 10 sets 4 reps

Hanging Knee Raise: 3 Sets 15 15 15

Cable Crunch: 3 Sets 15 15 15

Did anyone get the Hyper Pump samples from the Arnold?

If anyone got the Hyper Pump Training Shot samples from the Arnold, let me know. Cause I just took some before my workout and I am not sure what to think of it. First my ears started burning and felt like pins and needles, then my face, then the rest of my body!! And I am not sure if it supposed to do that. And I cannot find any info about it online. Dont get me wrong, I had a good workout and no other negative side effects. But I find the skin burning think kinda weird! If ya know anything, let me in on it.

All in all, it was excellent!! Loads of free stuff, huge guys and girls, and some of the comps were just cool to watch ( if you could get close enough to watch them). Tons of celebritys such as Arnold himself, Maria Shriver, Lou Ferrigno, Dennis Wolfe and lets not forget the American Gladiators… Nitro, Wolf and Siren. Oh and there also was that guy who had that documentry on him cause his arms exploded from roids! And yep, I even got to meet Ms Fitness her self at the Gaspari Booth.

Only downside…..There was SO MANY people there you could hardly move.
