Days Off.
Sunday, November 11th, 2007In a way I hate days off from working out. I just dont feel like I am acomplishing anything.Yeah I know that is when I am growing, but it still feels like I am being lazy.
During the week is much easier (More Structured). I work second shift so my day usually goes something like this.
Wake up and have a double dose of protein and walk my son to school. Little later have some breakfast and take my pre-workout suppliments. Workout, and then take my post-workout suppliments. A little before work I shower, eat a small meal, take some more protein and go to work. Of course eat a lunch while I am at work. Then when I get home I am up for a few hours so I eat a very small meal when I first get in and have some more protein. Go to bed.
And I do this throughout the week untill the weekend comes. And these Days Off make it harder because not only do I feel lazy, but I really have to watch what I eat. Oh Well..Part of the territory I guess.
