Time to up the ante!
For the past 3 and 1/2 months I have been on the Maximize your Results training program. You can find it in the workout section. And it has been working great! About every three weeks I have beenĀ upping the weight, because your are supposed to max out at 6 reps. Well it looks like it is time to go up again. For this whole week I have been able to hit between 10 to 15 reps without much problem. So it is time to up the ante.
I think starting next week I am going to start a HIIT program. I believe it is high time to get those Abs showing.

I’ve always wondered what the appropriate time is to increase the weights… thanks for dropping the knowledge.
