So I went in with fists flying today. I could feel myself burning out after deadlifts but I did go up on almost everything today. I did 295lb deadlifts. considering I’ve only been doing them for 2 months, I think I could have got one or two reps of 3 plates but I could feel my legs shaking haha and I’m scared to do that much weight without a belt. Anyone have any suggestions?

I will be uploading progress pictures ASAP.
I’m curious to see how I change since I am able to stack on weight relatively easy.

So after another spell of pneumonia (Infection of the Lungs), I am back and better than ever. I’ve been to the gym everyday for the past 2 months (except one Saturday I was hung over) and I can’t believe the progress I’ve been making!! My general normal weight is about 145-150… after getting sicked I dropped to about 125 which is normal for me.
Imagine not being able to walk, change, lay down, eat without being short of breath. Can’t eat nearly as much because you feel like puking all day long. All in all it’s always a ****ty experience.
A couple months have past and I’ve stacked on a good lean 20 pounds which lands me back at 145lbs. 145 is a twig compared to everyone on the site but I’m a small guy, and at 145 lean pounds, I looked ripped and semi decent shape. And come on… 20 pounds in 2 months is pretty damn good!
My next goal is to be 155lbs in another 4 weeks. So the end of JulyI should be laughing!
Right now I don’t have a job since there seems to be no work.. I do get a monthly benefit that keeps me above water (I am legally handicapped).
I have the time to go to the gym everyday, so at the moment this is what my workout schedule looks like….
Day 1 - Bis / Back / ABS
Day 2 - Tris / Chest / ABS
Day 3 - Shoulders / Legs / ABS
As well I do calves every 2 days since I find they heal extremely fast. I do 6-8 sets of calve raises with stretching in between.
***Anyone have suggestions on how to improve this???
