So My avi pic has def caused some stir… Which is what I was aiming for. I haven’t wrked out in a good month… which is when I found out my step dad has brain cancer… I was training hard for a show and dropped everything to be with my family… Now hes doing somewhat better and Im ready to get back in the game… All the feedback and awesome words from all my old and new friends on bb.com has given that motivation which has gotten me thru so many hard times with my wrkouts b4…. Thank u all so much

And why that kinda of pic Im sure some are wondering? Well why not? Be proud of what u have and what u all have accomplished! Hell if u feel sexy in a paper bag, I say… post it…. No one got ahead just being shy… And we all know… Im far from shy here

So today is offically 83lbs lost within a year!!! Also this morning I ran 2.5 miles consistintly! So damn right Im proud of myself! And every1 reading this should be proud of themselves too… You all and myself all started off somewhere, and are reaching if not already reached their goals. So congrats to you all… I cant thank all the wonderful people I met on here enough for all the support and kind words which make me push myself harder and harder every day. I hope I can only return the favor somehow!!!
