Confussion
Hi, This would be my 1st blog and I’ve been working out for a year and as by my pictures are limited so I am looking for suggestions, tips, clues for a 1st person. Don’t get me wrong I have a GREAT Trainer, but I don’t expect him to work Miracles on me by himself, I know I’ve got to do a lot but to be honest I’ve got limited money and nutrition knowledge. So ANY help would be greatly accepted and used. THANKS

I’m certainly no expert, but for me to lose weight I try to eat plenty of protein and go to bed hungry.
