Arms and Abs

I felt pretty good going in today’s workout. However, I think that I lack intensity needed in the gym and out to get to the next level. I got a decent pump though. Didn’t really do to much cardio.

Standing Barbell Curl  80×6

Preacher Curl 70×8, 60×6, 50×10

21’s Barbell Curl 40

V-bar Pulley Pushdowns 140×15, 160×10, 120×12

?????-bar Pulley Pushdowns 90×15, 110×10, 70×12

Alternating DB Curls 35×12, 40×8, 35×8

Dips BWx15×15x10

Ab Machine 105×12, 125×10, 125×10

Bench Leg Raises 20,20,15

Legs/Shoulders Day

I felt ok going into today’s workout. I was really concern about finishing within a hour. After my leg workout i felt nausea. This not the first time I have felt this way, but it only seems to happen on leg/shoulder. I am going to make some changes to my preworkout meal and start doing my shoulders first. Hopefully this will allow me finish  a workout without feeling like crap. Other then that I felt good that I at least finish, because I was ready to quit.

60 mins still trying to cut this down 

Smith Machine Squats 180×12, 270×12, 270×10, 270×8

Hack Squat Machine 90×8, 110×8, 130×8

Seated Leg Curls 90×10, 90×10, 100×10

Standing Behind the Neck Press 125×5, 115×5, 105×5, 95×5

One Arm Bent-Over Row 30×8x3

DB Side Raises 20×8, 25×6, 20×8

DB Bent-Over Row 15×8, 15×10, 15×12

Upright Row 80×8, 80×8, 80×6

Shrugs 85×15, 90×10, 95×10
