Friday, February 23rd, 2007I felt pretty good going in today’s workout. However, I think that I lack intensity needed in the gym and out to get to the next level. I got a decent pump though. Didn’t really do to much cardio.

V-bar Pulley Pushdowns 140×15, 160×10, 120×12

Alternating DB Curls 35×12, 40×8, 35×8
Dips BWx15×15x10
Ab Machine 105×12, 125×10, 125×10
Bench Leg Raises 20,20,15
