Arms and Abs

I felt pretty good going in today’s workout. However, I think that I lack intensity needed in the gym and out to get to the next level. I got a decent pump though. Didn’t really do to much cardio.

Standing Barbell Curl  80×6

Preacher Curl 70×8, 60×6, 50×10

21’s Barbell Curl 40

V-bar Pulley Pushdowns 140×15, 160×10, 120×12

?????-bar Pulley Pushdowns 90×15, 110×10, 70×12

Alternating DB Curls 35×12, 40×8, 35×8

Dips BWx15×15x10

Ab Machine 105×12, 125×10, 125×10

Bench Leg Raises 20,20,15
