It is game time! 1.5 weeks till comp. My first one. I am really excited, i am going to hit the diet hard this week and not cheat at all. I have been doing a 250-300 carbs a day now its down to 200 then maybe 150. I have an extremely fast metabolism. Time to step up the intensity. The one thing that help the most was quitting drinking! Its been a month now and i have seen huge gains in size and cuts!

Lookin good Austin. 150cals, are you serious, isn’t that like close to starving lol? Keep focuse for the next week and a half and keep us posted. Wish you the best man.

150 calories a day? Depending on your weight and body fat, you shuld burn at least 1500 a day doing nothing but sleeping for 24 hours… ???
