Nothing like starting your first day training solo by ending it with a night of eating crap.. I will admit.. popcorn, granola bars and Cinnamon toast! Lord it was so good.. Anyhoo.. Today is just intervals on tap.. and if it doesn’t rain.. cut the lawn..
Eats will be on 100% today.. **Shheesh I can’t believe I ate all that! lol

Time just fly’s by… as of tomorrow I will be done working with my Personal trainer Ali. I am excited and thrilled about the changes that I have made with myself.. I couldn’t thank her enough.
Now it is time to fly on my own…. at least until the late fall.. I think I will enlist in her help once again to add some muscle. Definately need some muscle….
I went to a water park last week and felt pretty good about myself… I can’t believe that some of these girls as heavy as they are wear these teeny tiny bikinis.. I wore one, but I had a little sarong that I wore.. just enough to cover my butt…
The tan lines are pretty funky looking!

I am the lowest that I have ever been in many many years, and I am thrilled. I took it upon myself to remove little things in my diet that are causing huge issues for me.. like bloating and water retention..
I haven’t completely cut of Caffeine, I only had 1 cup instead of 4-5 this morning… that is huge for me, I quit diet pop and chewing gum, this is going to be the hardest.
Everything that you shouldn’t eat when you suffer from IBS, it is either a stimulant (caffeine) or a irritant (artificial sweeteners) I am trying to give up… and because of this I dropped 2lbs overnight.. magically? Maybe.. I just hope this isn’t a fluke… On the workout front.. it is Legs, Triceps and Abs.. good stuff!

So I did my photos yesterday for my 2 week progress and had a complete meltdown.. I hate water/bloat.. I came to the conclusion that it messes with my head more than the scale does. Don’t think I will post them here yet..
I weighed myself today after seeing myself in the mirror, and thought I looked leaner and I was down a pound.. so since my other scale died I stepped on the digital one and it said 137.. I haven’t weighed that much in a long time… so I am losing some water.. from whatever… digestive issues suck…
So I think I will post workouts in here… Just for ha, ha,.. I had a great one and finished it off with 15 minutes of power walking on the treadmill ~ I am actually thinking of buying a weighted vest, just so I can mix it up.. be perfect for hiking too!
5 min. w/up, 2 min rest between sets.. the whole workout plus cardio took an 1hr.
Close Grip Pulldowns: 3X3X100lb
One Arm DB Snatch: 3X8X25lb
Seated DB Press: 3X8X25lb (Managed to get 30lb up once)
Seated DB Cleans: 3X6X10lb (My shoulders don’t like this one, will have to find another exercise in its place)
Side Lat Raises: 1X8X15lb, 2X6X15lb
That was it.. so now I am off to shower and tidy the house.. the boy and his dad took off on the Motorcycle, so the house is quiet.. kind of makes me want to take a nap..lol Just kidding.. no napping.. Have a great day!

I’d say it is a beautiful day, but to look out the window? Not so much.. where the hell is my sun? It isn’t that warm either.. pah..
Had a great workout today.. Legs and biceps… Since I started working with my PT Ali I actually have a new appreciation to leg day..lol Leg day is hard enough as it is without having to do 8 - 9 exercises.. 3 suits me just fine.. and it still hurts like heck!
I got my intervals done right after I worked out so at least that is out of the way. The good news is that I did my cardio last night, and it wasn’t anything gruling, I just had to get an hour of some activity, so I went for a walk.. er.. on the dreadmill.. mind you it was at 9:30 last night but I got it done and the scale was down a pound this morning.. Hoo Rah!
Now I just have to keep the meals clean today… that shouldn’t be too hard :>)

I have had my account for a coons age and I kinda forgot about it, since there was another forum that I belonged to.. So here I go. I guess I will just jump right in..
I had a killer workout today.. to be honest most of my workouts are, even when initially I don’t feel like doingit.. It is the cardio that I hate and force myself to do.. like today.. I still haven’t done it. My trainer will kill me if I don’t do it… lol
So todays workout was chest and Back and some abs and calves thrown in… feeling it now.. feels great .. for now..
Now I have to finish organizing my sons bedroom.. what a mess.. where does all this stuff come from??
