Leg day, PMS SUCKS!

So I did a leg today, well sort of, I had absolutely no giddy up what-so-ever!  Damn PMS, really sucks!  I ended up doing 40 minutes, but that was it!  I’m happy I even made it up the stairs, lol

Ok, back in the game!

So I finally start making progress and then I strain a ligament in my knee that hurt like hell!  AAAAAHHHH!!!  I thought for sure I wouldn’t be able to do much of anything today, but it proved to be a productive day, hooray!

Weight and measurement check

Ok, so I weighed myself today and thought WTF!!!  I know, I know, shouldn’t go by the scale, but hey, it’s still a psychological mind f***! Ok, so anywho, I decided "hmmm, gee, better measure to see if I can make myself feel better right!"  Ok, so I lost in my chest, now is that fair?? NO!  Ho hum.  But I gained in my arms, hehe!  Also lost in my waist and so I am happier!  It’s all in the measurements I guess and it proves that while it’s slow, I’m getting back to the old me, Hoooooraaay!

Cardio Schmardio, lol

Ok, so it was a cardio day today, ugggh.  I really do dislike cardio, but it must be done.  Did a Cathe Friedrich’s IMAX 2 for 30 minutes.  A lot like a HIIT workout and that woman really kick’s my butt.  Ended with some intense Ab work and done for the day.  Also got some new supplements today so I’m super excited to try it.  Posted some new pics today as it has been 2 weeks since I started.  I am seeing some new gains, but I have a LONG way to go!  Happy Weekend everyone!
