Good morning everyone!
After my short break and 2 kilos heavier(i ate a lot of ice-cream and chocolate) today continuing my ''diet'', working on a bit of mass because i dont believe in being ripped all the time...
So today im gonna work on my hams, glutes and quads, get them bigger hope to shoot some good material after the training...
Time to get my ass up lets go!
