This past week I felt like I was on my A game. Today I’m a little tired and will take the day off. I hope to keep the same motivation level. God only knows I need it for cardio.

N - You’re allowed to have a bad day or a bad week, don’t dwell on it. Just start fresh right now - be consistent with diet, cardio, and weights and you will reach your goals. You have achieved sooo much, you look great. Do a search on bb.com regarding any topic, they have tons of ideas on how to increase cardio etc.
You can do this, you look great. Hang in there and let me know how it’s going. Regards, clc.
