So I’m still doing quads and hams separately, and I feel like it’s helping. My legs are still sore, but I did hams 3 days ago, and quads 4 days ago. I’m getting stronger, but I miss being able to go up and down stairs!

After winning my first bodybuilding show, I looked at the pictures and realized that my legs are a little behind. My upper body was very lean, and defined, but my legs were pretty smooth. They weren’t fat, but I felt like a little more mass would be better. I just began splitting my leg day into two. One for Quads and one for Hamstrings and calfs. I can’t tell anything yet, but I am really sore! I usually don’t get very sore, but with the added emphasis during a workout, I think this is going to work!
