Musclemania America and World
4 weeks till game time. My condition is tightening up as planned. I am carb cycling high and low carbĀ days and doing cardio to get rid of all the bodyfat I can to show the crowd the fruits of what I spend so much time in the gym for.
The things I have improved on: really that is everything. My triceps have filled out a little more and have gotten a little more defined. Shoulders have come up from last year, and my lats are wider making a more dramatic "X" frame shape. My legs have gotten better defenition this far out. They have never had veins running all the way to the calves before. I look thicker in my back biceps shot.
All these improvements should be really evident because I place nutrition first in my prep for any contest. Thanks to Lynn Durham (personally_fit.org), I have had great success in my young bodybuilding career.
