Leg day in prep for the America
Musclemania America is right around the corner. I have been lifting heavy and intensely up to this point and am looking great. So I am not changing anything. I have legs today and will still lift heavy and intensely.
I wil start off with hack squats move on to leg extensions then leg presses, leg curls, stiff leg deads, and walking weighted lunges. After I eat a couple more meals I will go back for calves.
I love leg days nowadays. I get pumped up and the veins start coming out. They start high on the thiogh and go all the way down to the calves. I have never been in this good of shape before so I know i am making progress.
