Diet 4 weeks out from Musclemania America 2009
I am tweaking my diet to include more calories from fat and carbohydrate so that I can do more cardio. So far my muscles have filled up a little and I look bigger.
You might think that the extra calories are just going to make it harder for me to get as lean as I need to be for the America in 5 weekss, but I have reason behind this madness.
The reasoning is it worked for someone else so it will work for me, lol. Some reasonig! I think I am too big to not eat calories in the 4000 range and zig zag my nutrition to help get rid of the bodyfat. I do high and low days to keep my metabolism burning.
So far it is working and I am enjoying the extra calories and the productive workouts form them. However the catch is to do 7-9 hours of cardio a week. I am not a fan of cardio but am willing to do what it takes to improve my physique from last year. I think i am on my way!
