			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Day two of my three month cutting phase went pretty good. I woke up at about six and did a little jog around the block a few times just to wake up. Ate pretty well all day, drank plenty of water like your suppose to. And went to work, came home and got ready for the gym. I ended up going alone this time yet again which is fine I don&#8217;t mind it at all really. And I felt good afterward got home after being there for about an hour and a half and had some casein and fell asleep right away for a change.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Day one of my three month cutting phase, in which I will be blogging and keeping a continued journal of on the bodybuilding.com forum. This blog will contain each exercise, repetition, meal, and supplement that I will be taking to keep readers completely informed. As well as week ending progress pictures which will be time stamped compared to holding a newspaper which is really the best way to show the date a picture was taken but I do not receive a daily newspaper so that will have to do.</p>

<p>Today&#8217;s workout was pretty amazing, I ended up at the gym alone. Which was pretty sweet, whenever I go with friends I can never finish with them there.
