II.
Day two of my three month cutting phase went pretty good. I woke up at about six and did a little jog around the block a few times just to wake up. Ate pretty well all day, drank plenty of water like your suppose to. And went to work, came home and got ready for the gym. I ended up going alone this time yet again which is fine I don’t mind it at all really. And I felt good afterward got home after being there for about an hour and a half and had some casein and fell asleep right away for a change.
