So I have decided to start over from scratch on P90X, one because I had a few days that I was 100% on the diet and had to rely on slow digesting foods such as oatmeal for example and that’s not a good in my opinion. And two; I will know what to do, buy, and I want to add more cardio to my routine, such as. I wake up and run for and hour. Something like that, plus I will have a better timed progress picture.
I will be starting over on this coming Monday, pictures, weigh-in, measurements in the morning. And I will go on from there.

Went quite well, ate like I was supposed to. Finished the workouts in my room, would have been better if I had did them in the weight room, more space to jump around and such. But hey I did it so its all good.
Can’t believe it’s the half way point to the first month of P90X.

Day thirteen on Power 90 Xtreme, pretty good feeling. I have gone up and down in weight, must be muscle gain as well as some weight loss. Plus I have been drinking more water lately, been getting hotter since it is the summer and all. Bought some food today for the next two weeks, finish eating dinner about two hours ago. And I guess that is all I have to say for now.

Almost two weeks so far, feeling pretty good. Look the same really, well when the muscle is cold, but pumped I look and feel better. I think that everyone here agrees. Really the best time to workout is the morning, get it out of the way then you look and feel great the rest of the day. Besides who likes feeling mushy all day up until the workout? No one. Unless you’re like, already lean and just always hard or whatever.

This is a post for yesterday, didn’t get to jump on the computer at all like usual. Ate decent, need to go food shopping, managed with different kinds of foods. Not that great for you but better than nothing.
The workout was fine, had to end it early due to running late for work and such.

So today I did the Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X DVD for P90X; this is all I have to say for this, GOD DAMN. Different variations of the Pull Up and body weight exercises for your legs. This is a great way to build awesome definition in your legs if your going into a cutting phase, P90X is the way to go. I lack in my hamstrings a lot so this will help me after a while of doing them. Sure its not building a huge amount of muscle but it can if you want it to just add more weight.
After this extensive cutting phase I will be doing this P90X three month phase again but adding more weight and such. I hope to see some great gains after month one.

This post was for July 4th, never got to write it yesterday.
But hey day five, ate great that day, had to do more cardio due to a barbeque.
But it’s all good. I did plyometrics which was very intense. And I guess that’s all I have to say for yesterday.

Wow, this program is insane. I haven’t touched a single unhealthy food for the time I’ve started the diet which is a personal record for me (obviously). And I have done the exercise routines 100% so far. Even if I grew tired during one, yeah I took a moment and caught my breath stretched a little then I went right back in. This is really all I have to say today, I am going to shower up and stuff.
Oh yes I have new progress pictures on. And yes I wear slimmer belts to make me sweat more, lose excess body water, etc.
