Is there such thing as taking too much protein? And if so at what point is it getting wasted?

I just read something by Tosca Reno saying that the average body can not use more than 25g-30g every two hours-ish, and that anything more may just turn to fat, but I could be completely wrong and someone should definitely correct me! lol

Take a Gram per Pound of your weight….. and take a time released Protein like BSN Syntha-6 so It wont clump in your system and be stored as fat.

Like Kayla wrote, there is a limit to what a body can process, though I have read it’s more like 40g, above that it’s wasted, mostly turned to fat.
