I then began to move my body up and down, fast then slow, moving my butt and hips up and down.. and damn it felt so good. My body was warm and tingly all over. I came up and down, round and round like a champion. Then, I switched positions- Face down, ass up- my favorite. I balanced on my arms and fought to hold myself in position as I performed. My triceps were burning along with my shoulders. But I held myself up and did the damn thing. Hmmmm. This feels so good. I held it there for as long as I could until I heard the sound of her voice&#8230;.. My yoga instructor. She  said.. ok.. lets go back to center&#8230; and I let my knees drop to the floor to end the downward dog.. position.. Yep&#8230; I love yoga.. What did you think I was talking about!!?

		<description><![CDATA[Who knew I could make egg whites and chicken taste so good. You can make chicken a million different ways. HMMM. I have increased my weights now. I am able to do one arm back rows with 20lb dumbbells!! WATCH OUT! LOL&#8230; did an intense shoulder and back work-out yesterday. Will write again soon.

		<description><![CDATA[Ok so I set a goal to lose 5 lbs by September 7th. Today is the 8th and I have lost 1 pound. Not enough cardio???????? eating the wrong foods????????????????? I thought I was on the right track.. I didn&#8217;t reach my goal. Sad face. Major sad face.

Since the start of the semester things have just been crazy. Today is my lowerbody workout but I will have to make up for my missed upperbody workout today as well and that means I will be in the gym longer than I&#8217;d like. But hey things happen right? I will kick royal butt today in the gym! Trust me! Like one of my BB.COM friends (Myhia) said in an email to me .. TIME, PATIENCE AND CONSISTENCY is what its all about.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Feeling good today. After 8 days of intense work and clean eating I have already lost 1 POUND. I jumped rope yesterday. It felt so good. I did 4 sets of 100 spins. uuuugh. I could hardly walk or speak FOR A WHILE. LOL. It was an intense cardio work-out. I ate clean yesterday as well and I need to continue to do so to get to my goals. I discovered that slicing an apple in half and spreading peanut butter on top is heaven! Its like a candy bar! So thats one of my new healthy treats. The gym at my job opens back up today. YES! Intense leg work-out here I come. Oh how I&#8217;ve missed doing leg press and leg extension and hamstring curls on the machines! Mommy is coming&#8230; LOL.. thats all for now.. peace.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Uuuuugh. So cutting the sugars and fat out of my diet is kicking my butt. My enegry level is low and I have a headache all the time. Instead of  egg/cheese on a bagel or pancakes or cream cheese on a bagel (yummy!) I have switched to egg whites with turkey and grean tea with a piece of fruit. Healthy snacks through-out the day, like nuts, kiwi, strawberries, apples don&#8217;t hit the spot like a bag of Doritos.. but hey. Dinner is no longer lasagna or cheese burger or pizza or BBQ chicken or fried chicken,its grilled chicken or fish with a wide array of veggies and water. It will take some time before I adjust.. I know.. but.. the low energy is killing me.
