Face down, Ass up
Friday, October 19th, 2007So it started off with me laying on my back.. my breathing was steady. I then began to move my body up and down, fast then slow, moving my butt and hips up and down.. and damn it felt so good. My body was warm and tingly all over. I came up and down, round and round like a champion. Then, I switched positions- Face down, ass up- my favorite. I balanced on my arms and fought to hold myself in position as I performed. My triceps were burning along with my shoulders. But I held myself up and did the damn thing. Hmmmm. This feels so good. I held it there for as long as I could until I heard the sound of her voice….. My yoga instructor. She said.. ok.. lets go back to center… and I let my knees drop to the floor to end the downward dog.. position.. Yep… I love yoga.. What did you think I was talking about!!?
