TUFFF WEEK
Hey. It’s Friday and I am beat. I missed my upper body workout this week. Its the first week of school and I am back to student mode (Nursing student). Since the start of the semester things have just been crazy. Today is my lowerbody workout but I will have to make up for my missed upperbody workout today as well and that means I will be in the gym longer than I’d like. But hey things happen right? I will kick royal butt today in the gym! Trust me! Like one of my BB.COM friends (Myhia) said in an email to me .. TIME, PATIENCE AND CONSISTENCY is what its all about.
