Jump rope with me!
Feeling good today. After 8 days of intense work and clean eating I have already lost 1 POUND. I jumped rope yesterday. It felt so good. I did 4 sets of 100 spins. uuuugh. I could hardly walk or speak FOR A WHILE. LOL. It was an intense cardio work-out. I ate clean yesterday as well and I need to continue to do so to get to my goals. I discovered that slicing an apple in half and spreading peanut butter on top is heaven! Its like a candy bar! So thats one of my new healthy treats. The gym at my job opens back up today. YES! Intense leg work-out here I come. Oh how I’ve missed doing leg press and leg extension and hamstring curls on the machines! Mommy is coming… LOL.. thats all for now.. peace.
