Lets get ready to get fit!
OK so I am feeling alot better today. I worked out hard yesterday evening. I did CHEST-bench press & dumbbell flys,Triceps-dumbbell kickbacks & skull crushers,Abs-stability ball crunches & leg raises,Back-push-ups (that took care of the tricpes,shoulders,chest and everything else as well) & Rhomboid pinch. This morning I did some stretching and I feel awesome…..
