Tuesday -I want a cheeseburger!!!!!
Uuuuugh. So cutting the sugars and fat out of my diet is kicking my butt. My enegry level is low and I have a headache all the time. Instead of egg/cheese on a bagel or pancakes or cream cheese on a bagel (yummy!) I have switched to egg whites with turkey and grean tea with a piece of fruit. Healthy snacks through-out the day, like nuts, kiwi, strawberries, apples don’t hit the spot like a bag of Doritos.. but hey. Dinner is no longer lasagna or cheese burger or pizza or BBQ chicken or fried chicken,its grilled chicken or fish with a wide array of veggies and water. It will take some time before I adjust.. I know.. but.. the low energy is killing me.
