Chest / Triceps Feb. 2, 2009
February 2, 2009Today I did a chest/tri split with my dad and buddies (@160lbs). First set 180 x10 … Second Set 185 x10 … Third Set 205 x5 (6th spotted) … Last we did our One Rep Max … I previously have never actually thrown up 225 .. just estimated maxed it … but today i threw it up like cake. Like Ronnie always says "Light Weight Baby"
