Well, it finally seems that I am in good enough condition to finally start back hitting legs. Hopefully I won’t fall down the steps or anything before I get the chance to load up the barbell.

Wow, it’s been almost a year since I have posted something in my BodyBlog. Currently I am cutting. I had hovered at around 270, while going as high as 277 for a while. It had it’s perks, my strength shot through the roof, and although it was fun while it lasted, I needed to come back down to a more comfortable weight. Earlier this week I weighed in at 248, which I was happy with. Originally i had planned on getting down to 240, but I may (and probably will) go further than that depending on my results.

Seems like i have been stuck at the same numbers for a while now. Upper-body wise anyway. Bench numbers and curl numbers havent moved much, or at all actually. I want to hit 315 on the bench before Halloween, but i have been stuck at 300 for just a day or two less then forever. Concerning my legs, i have been cutting down a little on the weight, partly because of them affecting me at work, and partly because my right knee is sore. I still gotta give props to the people i train with, the best motivation in the gym is someone working harder then you.
