Seems Like I Hit A Wall
Thursday, August 23rd, 2007Seems like i have been stuck at the same numbers for a while now. Upper-body wise anyway. Bench numbers and curl numbers havent moved much, or at all actually. I want to hit 315 on the bench before Halloween, but i have been stuck at 300 for just a day or two less then forever. Concerning my legs, i have been cutting down a little on the weight, partly because of them affecting me at work, and partly because my right knee is sore. I still gotta give props to the people i train with, the best motivation in the gym is someone working harder then you.
