Wow that hurt. Always remember to check your weight before you bench to make sure both sides are loaded the same. After the New Year, the gym has become way to busy for Monday night benching so we moved it to Sunday nights. This Sunday was no different after a big dish of pasta off to the gym for some heavy benching. I worked my way up from 135 to 385 lbs. When I get over the 315 mark I really like to get focused and get into a zone. IPOD jacked up to the max I asked my partners to load up 385 lbs. One heard me, the other did not. The left side was a 35 lbs plate short. I never take a lift off at this weight so when I went for this lift I can’t even explain the shock and pain I felt. Rotator and shoulder are already in pretty bad shape but I somehow twisted my whole core. The pain went from my abs straight to my back making it hard to even breathe. Guess I will write the down as a lesson learned.

I really enjoy Body Space and most of the people on this site. The support and motivation members give each other to help reach both fitness goals and life goals are just amazing.
It really sucks that a few members here think they are so above the rest. It is almost not worth posting a question in the forum section anymore. People are so ready to pick apart your posts/question and make you feel like you have NO business even asking such a question. I have seen this happen to so many members that it is getting ridiculous. I just thoughts I would share this experience with other members and get your thoughts.

I feel so umotivated and lazzy the past few weeks. Felt really charged up this morning and headed off to the gym motivated as hell, Bastards didnt have anyone there to open it at 4:30am like the should have pissed me off for the entire day. Felt like shit tonight and got a halfass ed work out in. Hoping Thursday will be a little better. Just wanted to vent a little tonight.

Starting my diet on Monday…Gained a little over 20 lbs in 2 months…now it is time to diet hard and lean out. Looking to end up arounf 170 175.

I reached one of my goals today 405 bench keep weight under 200. 198.5 today 405 1 rep.
