NO, SUPPLEMENTS

i need advice, i have taken NO Xplode before, and it gave me great pumps, but i wanna try something new. Ive been looking at Altered State by Muscle Asylum Project, naNO Vapor by MuscleTech, and NO2 Black by MRI. has anyone tried any of these? if so have they worked,? which is the best?

get to start hitting the weights again, i didnt lose too much muscle, but alot on my squat deadlift and bench.my bench is down to 235 but itll get back up, and squat/dead still in the 300’s but theyll shoot up to. latterr!

im back

and almost stronger then ever. its like a surge going through me. i can sense my muscles getting bigger and im getting bigger! also more ripped. it feels good. i know it sounds wierd. but have any of you felt that feeling ? its soooo nice. soon im gonna start taking NO XPLODE my friend who is also real into lifting started taking it a couple weeks ago and loves the surge it gives him. i ordered yesterday and it should be in soon. other than that i take my protein in the morning after workout and at night. hope you all take yours too!! well juss thought id catch you guys up. my birthday is on saturday =] looking forward to an amazing lift then!!

welll..during football i lost alot of strength. but i had a hell of a season. i hope i can make a great contribution to our varsity and jv team this year. i need to get stronger faster and bigger so im doing the BFS workout many college teams and nfl teams do. it focuses alooottt on legs. so any lifting tips and supplements i should check into let me know. thanx fer the help on the last blog to. greatly appreciated…glad to hear that my shoulders are good now =]

Minor..Maybe Major Setback On the Bench

My shoulder hurts everday because i lift weights. My father, an ex powerlifter, and articles i have read make me believe it is because of me benching heavy weights. The articles basically tell me i am having rotator cuff problems and i should work on them. So i added a rotator cuff excersize to my worout. Then my dad says its cuz i lift heavy weights..im just gonna ignore him. The ex powerlifter told me to stop benching with a barbell because there are movement restrictions, and he told me to start using Dumbbells for incline, decline, and regular presses. Im going to start this tomorrow, and then i have to go to a physical therapist wednesday, so they will give me more info on it. But for now, my doctor never said stop lifting, so tomorrow i start again at 9. Any advice on what to do, information, actual experiences of this would be greatly appreciated.
