					<description>Congrats!  I just finished with baby#2 and now have to get rid of that 'belly!'  I did gain less the second time around- and you being conscious of your health will probably to that as well! Listen to you body and keep doing the exercises you've been used to.  Wish you and baby lots of happiness and health!!</description>

I have oatmeal and eggwhites for breakfast
I snack on nuts and fresh fruit
I have tilapia or boneless/skinless chicken breast w/ veggies. I do have potatoes most times. I drink 3Liters water/day. 
I drink wine on the weekends and I usually eat whatever on the weekends  :(</description>

					<description>It's a battle. My own wife (a wonderful women and healthy) sometimes discourages me because she thinks if you are in OK shape there is no need for all the effort.

Again, I think there are so many obese people that we are being compared to them and we look relatively good. But, the fact of the matter is that 99% of the country is out of shape. 

Bottom line, ignore the noise and move forward to do the right thing and achieve your goals. Only you know what needs to be done - not anyone else.</description>
